A plain-language starting point for families. Sasha must review and approve every policy before launch.
Where lessons happen
Sasha travels to the customer's home, homeschool co-op, library, or another agreed community space. Lessons are not offered at Sasha's residence. An adult responsible for the participating children must remain on site.
Travel charges
Travel within the configured included radius from Sasha's starting point is included. Excess distance is estimated using excess one-way miles doubled for the round trip. When the configured local fuel benchmark is above the stated threshold, a flat fuel surcharge may apply. The exact location and charge are disclosed and accepted before payment.
Space and supplies
Unless an offering says otherwise, Sasha brings the planned art supplies. The host provides a sturdy table, chairs, access to water, and a reasonably protected work area. Families should disclose allergies or sensitivities before the lesson.
Rescheduling and cancellation
Add Sasha's approved notice period, weather policy, illness policy, refund rules, and handling for travel already begun. The checkout must show these terms before purchase.
Photos and children's privacy
No child's name, photograph, voice, or artwork should be used in marketing without specific adult consent. Using the browser drawing studio does not upload artwork to the website.
Online courses and downloads
Digital purchases are for the purchasing household's personal use unless a classroom or co-op license is explicitly offered. Add finalized refund terms and account-access rules before accepting payment.
